Job summary

Sage Care Therapy Services is a Palo Alto, CA-based healthcare startup hiring a Partner Engineer to own the technical relationship with 3–5 health system partners from integration through go-live and day-to-day operations.

You will connect Sage Care to partners' EHRs and phone systems, configure and launch AI agents, and work with product and engineering to improve workflows. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Partner or forward-deployed engineering with coding and SQL.
• Experience integrating with and debugging production third-party systems.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own 3–5 health system partner relationships and communicate updates.
• Integrate Sage Care with partner systems and data.
• Launch and optimize AI agents for each partner.
• Monitor partner performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on field feedback.
