Sage Care is hiring a Partner Engineer to own the technical relationship with 3–5 health system partners, from integration through go-live and expansion. You will configure and launch our AI voice and matching products for each partner's workflows, and you will be the first responder when something breaks.

This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of engineering, customer relationships, and product.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of Partner, solutions, or forward-deployed engineering experience, with strong coding and SQL skills.
• Experience integrating with and debugging third-party systems in production.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A high-ownership generalist who enjoys juggling many partners and projects.
• Willingness to travel to partner sites, up to 50%, concentrated around integrations and go-lives.
• Experience in healthcare, or a strong interest in working in it.

Aufgaben

• Own Partner Relationships: be the technical owner for 3–5 health system partners and maintain regular communication.
• Connect Sage Care to partner systems, data, and workflows; build toolings and integrations.
• Launch and improve AI agents for each partner and tune behavior with real data.
• Keep partners live and healthy: be first responder and monitor quality, close feedback loop.
• Work across teams: relay field issues to product/engineering and prioritize improvements.
• Make every partner easier: turn bespoke work into repeatable playbooks using AI/automation.
