Job summary

Equiti Group is seeking a Language Partnership Manager to oversee day-to-day partner relationships and ensure reliable service delivery. You will liaise between language partners and Equiti’s internal teams to monitor performance, coordinate capacity, and drive improvements.

Working closely with the Director and cross-functional stakeholders, you will manage KPI tracking, onboarding, and governance, while escalating significant issues and supporting cost-effective partner operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Language Services, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of vendor/partner management or language services experience
• Experience managing external vendor or business-partner relationships
• Experience working with performance metrics, SLAs, KPIs, or operational reporting

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned language partner organizations
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs, SLAs and quality measures
• Coordinate partner onboarding, capacity planning, and readiness activities
• Escalate material performance, contractual, or commercial concerns as appropriate
• Maintain partner information and governance documentation
