Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in environmental science, biology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in environmental consulting with a focus on energy/oil & gas.
• Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar programs and growth.
• Deep understanding of regulatory landscape, permitting and stakeholder dynamics.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate challenges into enterprise solutions.
• Successful track record building trusted senior-level relationships.
• Exceptional leadership, business development, and client management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client account development, sales, and delivery of ERM's consulting services.
• Collaborate with regional/global leadership on go-to-market strategies.
• Identify high-potential opportunities and align ERM capabilities with client needs.
• Ensure project success through planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent ERM in technical communities and industry forums; contribute thought leadership.
• Uphold ERM's health, safety, quality, and sustainability commitments.
• Develop growth strategies to strengthen ERM in the traditional energy sector.
• Mentor consultants and project teams to foster a high-performance culture.
