Job summary
ERM seeks a Partner in Environmental Permitting Capital Projects – Oil & Gas to lead client engagements and strategic growth across North America. You will guide multi-million-dollar programs, mentor teams, and navigate regulatory, environmental and stakeholder challenges to deliver sustainable, resilient energy infrastructure.
With 15+ years in environmental consulting and deep energy sector experience, you will build executive relationships, drive go-to-market initiatives, and ensure delivery
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on Energy and oil & gas clients.
- Strong track record delivering multi-million-dollar programs and driving commercial growth.
- Deep understanding of regulatory, permitting, and stakeholder dynamics in the energy industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead client account development, sales, and delivery of ERM's consulting services.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape go-to-market strategies for energy and low-carbon projects.
- Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities, aligning ERM's capabilities with client needs.
- Ensure project success through planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Represent ERM in technical communities and industry forums with thought leadership.
- Uphold ERM's health, safety, quality, and sustainability commitments in every engagement.
