Job summary

ERM is seeking a Partner in Environmental Permitting Capital Projects to shape energy infrastructure across North America. You will lead strategic growth, develop executive relationships, and guide multi-million-dollar programs for upstream and midstream oil & gas clients, navigating regulatory and stakeholder landscapes.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with global leadership, and drive ERM’s market expansion in traditional energy while advancing low-carbon initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive environmental consulting experience in the energy sector, especially oil and gas.
• Track record delivering multi-million-dollar programs and driving growth.
• Deep understanding of regulatory permitting processes and stakeholder dynamics in energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead client account development, sales, and delivery of ERM's consulting services.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape go-to-market strategies for energy and low-carbon projects.
• Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities, aligning capabilities with client needs.
• Ensure project success through planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent ERM in technical communities, contributing thought leadership and innovation.
• Uphold ERM's commitment to health, safety, quality, and sustainability.
