Job summary

Paychex is seeking a hands-on Manager, Partner Enablement to run day-to-day processes, AI-enabled workflows, and partnership programs across embedded teams. You will translate corporate priorities into actionable programs that support revenue growth, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 5-7 years in project management or partner operations, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, partner or program operations, or customer experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Align partnership strategy with senior leadership to drive revenue and customer experience.
• Act as voice of partner and customer to inform product and roadmap decisions.
• Build and optimize AI-enabled workflows to streamline partner intake, vetting, reporting, and hand-offs.
• Evaluate and onboard new partners based on strategic impact and market differentiation.
• Mitigate risks related to onboarding, integration, and long-term scalability.
• Implement tools and workflows to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
• Vet new partnerships end-to-end, considering implementation and support impact; communicate needs to Product.
• Collaborate with Strategy to identify differentiation opportunities in the market.
• Coordinate with Partner Account Management to define partner tiers and manage key accounts.
• Use KPIs, scorecards, and VOC feedback to drive improvements in top growth areas.
• Lead a high-performing team to boost productivity and engagement.
