Job summary

Paychex seeks a hands-on Manager, Partner Enablement to run day-to-day processes, tools, and AI-enabled workflows that help embedded teams grow through partnerships. This role leads partnership evaluation, onboarding, and governance across multiple HCM platforms, always aiming to improve revenue, customer experience, and scalability.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in project management or partner operations and a Bachelor's in Business.

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, partner or program operations, or customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Senior Director, Embedded Partnerships to execute the partnership strategy and translate priorities into actionable programs.
• Represent the voice of the partner and customer to inform decisions and roadmaps.
• Build and maintain AI-enabled workflows to automate partner intake, vetting, reporting, and hand-offs.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and onboard new partners based on impact and differentiation.
• Identify and mitigate onboarding, integration, and scalability risks.
• Implement tools and workflows to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability across teams.
• Drive best-in-class customer experience through end-to-end partner vetting and collaboration with Implementation and Support.
• Document partner needs to Product for prioritization on the roadmap.
• Leverage Strategy to differentiate Paycor in the marketplace.
• Work with Partner Account Management to establish partner tiers and governance across departments.
• Use KPIs, scorecards, and VOC to drive improvements.
• Lead a high-performing team and improve productivity and engagement.
