Paychex is seeking a hands-on Manager, Partner Enablement to drive day-to-day partnership operations across embedded teams, aligning with revenue growth and customer experience.

You will build AI-enabled workflows, onboard partners, and collaborate with Product, Strategy, and Support to ensure scalable integrations and measurable value. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related area is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, partner or program operations, or customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to execute the partnership strategy and translate priorities into actionable programs.
• Represent the voice of the partner and customer to inform decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled workflows to automate partner intake, vetting, reporting, and hand-offs.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and onboard new partners based on strategic impact and differentiation.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to onboarding, integration, and scalability.
• Implement tools/workflows to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability across teams.
• Drive an excellent customer experience through vetting of partner relationships impacting Implementation/Support.
• Document and communicate partner/customer needs to Product for roadmap prioritization.
• Leverage Strategy to differentiate Paycor in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with Partner Account Management to establish partner tiers and KPI tracking.
