Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with AI and conversational AI in contact center environments.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into AI use cases.
• Knowledge of generative AI and responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Increase partner revenue and win rates by making partners effective at selling NiCE solutions.
• Qualify AI use cases based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with partners.

Skills

Experience with AI, conversational AI, virtual agents, agent assist, or automation in CX/contact center environments

Ability to translate business outcomes into AI use cases

Working knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, AI orchestration, and responsible AI principles
