Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Partner Value Solution Engineer in the United States to empower its partner ecosystem and drive revenue through AI-enabled solutions. You’ll bridge technical gaps, enable partners with reference architectures and battlecards, and support go-to-market motions for NiCE’s CCaaS/AI portfolio.

You will lead discovery, define use cases, guide pilots, and ensure responsible AI practices across architectures, data needs, and governance while collaborating with Product and R&D.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI, conversational AI, or automation in CX environments.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into AI use cases and success criteria.
• Knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, AI orchestration, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery engagements mapping requirements to NiCE AI/CCaaS capabilities.
• Develop repeatable enablement programs and partner assets.
• Manage end-to-end partner relationships, including integration patterns and release impact.
• Provide architectural oversight and capture lessons learned for patterns/templates.
• Support scoping of services and assist in advisory reviews.
