Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Partner Director to drive outreach, proposals, and partnerships across the US. You’ll own complex sales cycles from outreach through close, building trusted relationships with mid-to-executive level stakeholders and collaborating with Account Managers to expand partnerships.

You’ll leverage AI-driven sales tools for storytelling, forecasting, and strategy, mentor peers, and help shape the partner program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships or sales.
• Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead client outreach and proposals to convert partners.
• Own complex multi-stage sales cycles from outreach to close.
• Develop AI-driven sales strategies and storytelling.
• Mentor peers and shape AI-enabled processes.
• Forecast book of business quarterly and annually.
• Collaborate with Industry Leads and Account Managers.
