Job summary

Ellevation is seeking a Partner Development Associate to drive outbound prospecting and lead generation for our Sales team, targeting partner school districts. You will learn the product suite, collaborate with Partner Development Managers, and aim to book demos to hit monthly goals.

You will gain fluency in our solutions, build a territory strategy, and grow into advanced sales roles within two years in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in education, sales, business development, or another customer-facing role.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a metrics-driven environment.
• Comfort with high-volume phone and email outreach, and a willingness to experiment with new outreach approaches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with a CRM and sales engagement tools is a plus.
• Genuine interest in education and improving outcomes for multilingual learners.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting and lead generation to deliver high-quality opportunities.
• Qualify, nurture, and hand off opportunities to Partner Development Managers for demos.
• Hit monthly demo booking goals and contribute to quarterly sales targets.
• Learn Ellevation product suite and sales processes to accelerate prospecting.
