Job summary

The Wilkinson Firm is seeking a Cross-Division Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive revenue across HR Advisory, Premium Hospitality Staffing, and the emerging GovCon vertical. This is a partnership role with the unique opportunity for profit sharing based on membership interests.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years in revenue leadership, experience with multi-division services firms, and a strong network in hospitality or health and human services. The position offers a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment aimed at significant growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in revenue leadership at services firms.
• Proven track record from $1M to $5M+ in 24-36 months.
• Senior network across HHS, hospitality, or both.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue across HR Advisory, Hospitality Staffing, and GovCon.
• Orchestrate SDR + AE teams in both divisions.
• Manage division VPs and develop go-to-market strategy.
