Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Partner Care Specialist to oversee the customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support, primarily serving partners and customers in the United States.

This role requires proficiency in English, coordinating quotes and orders, and maintaining accurate records in Oracle and Salesforce. A consultative, collaborative approach with Sales is essential to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Management or equivalent professional experience in customer service.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in customer service; logistics experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Oracle, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Able to navigate multiple platforms and follow policies and work instructions with consistency.
• Strong attention to detail in managing customer data and communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer experience from onboarding through ongoing support for US partners and customers.
• Manage quotes and orders with accuracy in Oracle and Salesforce; respond to inquiries professionally.
• Maintain customer records and ensure documentation accuracy; assist with PO requirements.
• Monitor and resolve order exceptions; support sales with CPQ and quotes.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure timely, quality customer care and escalation handling.
