Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Customer Resolution Specialist to support channel customers with order entry, intake of inquiries, and issue resolution.

The role emphasizes ensuring customer requirements are exceeded and building strong relationships across departments. Based in the United States, you will manage POs, monitor order progress through activation and shipping, and liaise between customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree, Technical Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in customer service or order management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player who can contribute to an inclusive environment.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with good judgment.
• Customer-focus and assertiveness in driving actions for superior service.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer purchase orders into Acuity order management system.
• Support basic level order management after entry through activation.
• Monitor orders for exceptions and holds to ensure timely activation, production and shipping.
• Monitor assigned customer orders and communicate delays proactively.
• Act as liaison between internal partners and customers.
• Point of contact for the CX Org to facilitate information transfer.
• Submit forms on behalf of the customer per company policy.
