Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or order management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with good judgment.
• Customer-focused and proactive in delivering superior service.

Responsibilities

• Provide standard target pricing when requested.
• Enter customer PO into the order management system and support order management through activation.
• Monitor orders for exceptions, delays, and holds to ensure timely shipment.
• Act as liaison between internal partners and customers and as navigator for the CX organization.
• Document and collect details for seamless handoffs to other departments.
• Submit required forms (e.g., RFAs/CFAs) per company policy.
• Contribute to annual initiatives to improve service levels and team productivity.
• Travel: 1–20% of time as needed.
