Job description

Intro

To accelerate our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Partner Account Manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible for the area of North Italy in Milan. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.

Please note: this will be a contract employment.

Your Job
  • You will identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy.
  • You will onboard new partners and build successful relationships.
  • You will organize and supervise online training for our sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.
  • You will develop partner business plans and monitor the development of your sales partners and distribution channels.
  • You will participate in fairs and partner events and present our solutions.
  • You will create forecasts and define measures to meet targets in Italy.
  • You will collaborate internally with teams such as Sales and Marketing, and externally represent the company as a personal contact.
  • You will update our CRM weekly with relevant customer and deal information.
Your Profile
  • You have solid IT knowledge through education, studies, or a comparable qualification, ideally in IT security or cloud services.
  • You possess at least five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
  • You have relevant experience working with sales partners and distributors in Italy and have successfully developed these partnerships strategically and economically.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are confident in dealing with partners and customers.
  • You are willing to travel frequently and enjoy convincing customers and partners through presentations and negotiations.
  • You have a winning personality and enjoy working in an international team.
  • You are fluent in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
  • You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving quarterly targets.
  • You are an organizational talent who can prioritize effectively.
