Intro
To accelerate our global expansion, we are looking for a motivated Partner Account Manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible in Mexico City for the NOLA region with focus on Mexico. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.
Please note: this will be a contract employment.
Your Job
- You will identify and continuously supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in the NOLA region, focusing on Mexico.
- You will onboard new partners and build successful relationships.
- You will organize and supervise online training for our sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.
- You will conclude partner business plans and monitor the development of your sales partners and distributors.
- You will participate in fairs and partner events to present our solutions.
- You will create forecasts and define measures to meet targets in the NOLA region.
- You will collaborate internally with teams such as Sales and Marketing, and externally represent the company as a key contact person.
Your Profile
- You possess solid IT knowledge through your education, studies, or a comparable qualification, ideally in IT security or cloud services.
- You have at least five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
- You have relevant experience working with sales partners and distributors in LATAM and have successfully developed partnerships strategically and economically.
- You have excellent communication skills and are confident in dealing with partners and customers.
- You are willing to travel frequently and enjoy convincing customers and partners through presentations and negotiations.
- You have a winning personality and enjoy working in an international team.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- You are motivated by your own successes and pursue your quarterly goals passionately.
- You are an organizational talent who can prioritize effectively.
