Job summary

The Fedcap Group is seeking a Mission-driven Participant Success Advisor in Bangor, ME to warmly welcome participants and guide them through service options, supporting their journey toward self-sufficiency.

You will handle inbound/outbound communications, schedule appointments, verify information, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with the Success Center and Career Advisors. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in Communications, Business Administration, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, or program coordination.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist participants, ensuring a welcoming, respectful environment.
• Maintain accurate participant records and documentation in line with agency standards.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person, providing timely support.
• Coordinate with multiple teams across locations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support daily operations of the Success Center and related communications channels.
