Job summary

Fedcap Families, a member of The Fedcap Group, is seeking a mission-driven Participant Success Advisor in Skowhegan, ME. You will serve as a front-line resource for participants as they navigate services with Fedcap and take steps toward greater self-sufficiency.

This full-time role includes coordinating welcome meetings, documenting interactions, running reports, and communicating with funders to support program goals while upholding Fedcap values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required plus 2 years in front-facing customer service or office role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants and manage a welcoming front desk environment.
• Answer calls and route inquiries for the Participant Success Center.
• Schedule Welcome Meetings with Career Advisor and prep participants.
• Submit support service requests and collect required documents.
• Maintain case notes and document contacts in the management system.
• Communicate with funders and conduct daily case audits.
