Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a front-facing customer service or office-based role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated track record for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as a host for the Opportunity Center creating a welcoming environment.
• Schedule Welcome Meetings with program participants.
• Document all contact with participants in the case management system.
