Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a School Site Specialist (Part Time) at Do & Be Academy in Las Vegas, NV. You will help plan and implement youth programs, support day-to-day site operations, and act as supervisor in the Site Director's absence.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and strong interpersonal, time-management, and safety-conscious skills to maintain a positive, productive environment for youth at the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with youth in educational or community settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and programs at the assigned School Site.
• Collaborate with Programs team and school staff to plan, develop, report, and implement BGCSNV programs.
• Assist with administrative tasks including enrollments, payments, attendance, and program tracking.
• Serve as acting supervisor when the Site Director is absent.
