Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a part-time School Site Specialist for Do & Be Academy in Las Vegas, NV. You will oversee programming, operations, and member relations at the site, working with BGCSNV staff to deliver high-quality youth services.

The role includes coordinating program activities, ensuring site safety, processing enrollments and payments, and acting as a liaison with school staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization working with youth in an education and/or art setting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google suite of productivity applications (Word, Excel, Forms, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to deal effectively with multi-age groups of children, small groups of children in activities and free play, and large groups of children in organized activities.
• Ability to meet deadlines with time constraints and handle multiple demands.
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with the public, families, Youth Development Professionals, and members.
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for the safety, well-being, and output of others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programming at the assigned School Site and ensure alignment with BGCSNV goals.
• Plan, develop, report on, and implement BGCSNV programs in collaboration with the Programs team.
• Manage site operations, enrollments, attendance reporting, and program tracking.
• Serve as liaison between BGCSNV and the school site and represent BGCSNV at events.
• Support member relations, provide mentorship, and enforce conduct standards as needed.
• Assist with special events and maintain safety and cleanliness on site.
