Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Southern Nevada is seeking a School Site Lead to direct daily operations at a designated site, drive program development, and manage staff and volunteers. The role emphasizes safety, quality youth services, and partnership building with families and schools.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate programs, monitor performance, and ensure organizational standards are met across site activities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years progressively responsible work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of young people
• Proficient in Internet use and Microsoft Office
• Ability to deal effectively with multi-age children and large groups in activities

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for designated School Site(s) and ensure safe, welcoming environments
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff; coordinate staff meetings and development
• Develop partnerships with parents, schools, and community organizations
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and financial guidelines
