Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a School Site Specialist to oversee operations and programs at the assigned School Site. The role involves planning, development, reporting, and implementation of BGCSNV programs in collaboration with the Programs team, and acting as supervisor when the Site Director is absent.

The position emphasizes safe, engaging environments for youth, coordination with school staff, and compliance with grant programming.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization working with youth in an education and/or art setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite productivity apps.
Ability to work with multi-age groups of children and manage multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple demands.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage activities and programs at the assigned School Site, aligning with organizational goals.
Establish measurable program objectives with the Programs team and the school.
Promote programs, events, and field trips to members, families, and school staff.
Manage program supplies and oversee IT/asset inventory.
