Job summary

Stevens Treatment Programs in Fall River, MA is seeking a Part-Time Residential Counselor for the Transitional Living Program (TLP). This role supports eight male youths, guiding daily routines and activities to promote safety and reintegration.

Responsibilities include mentoring, trauma-informed care, and helping youths achieve behavioral and rehabilitative goals. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and 1 year working with adolescents are required; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license for 3+ years with acceptable record.
• Reliable transportation and compliance with Stevens’ vehicle requirements within 90 days.
• Current auto insurance with minimum coverage.
• Acceptable EEC Background Record Check.
• At least 1 year experience working with adolescents in residential or group home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and supervision for youth.
• Lead daily routines and facilitate activities.
• Implement trauma-informed behavioral support.
• Mentor youth and model positive behavior.
• Support youths in meeting individualized goals.
