Job summary

Stevens Treatment Programs is hiring for a Residential Counselor on a third shift (awake overnight) in Fall River, MA. This full-time role supports eight male youths by maintaining routines, supervising activities, and applying trauma-informed strategies to help youths achieve individualized goals.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid drivers license with a clean record, an acceptable EEC Background Record Check, and at least 1 year of experience with adolescents in

• Valid driver’s license for 3+ years and acceptable driving record.
• Acceptable EEC Background Record Check.
• 1 year experience working with adolescents in a residential or group home setting.

Responsibilities
