Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license for 3+ years with acceptable driving record.
• Acceptable EEC Background Record Check.
• 1 year experience with adolescents in residential or group home setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily routines and supervise youth in a residential setting.
• Facilitate activities and implement trauma-informed behavioral support.
• Serve as a mentor and positive role model for youth.
• Support youths in meeting individualized behavioral, clinical and rehabilitation goals.
