Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Experience tutoring or teaching, preferably in a college or K-12 setting.
• Familiarity with writing center pedagogy and best practices.
• Experience working with students with disabilities or learning accommodations.
• Proficiency with computer skills and online tutoring platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions for writing across the curriculum.
• Help students improve writing structure, grammar, clarity, and argumentation.
• Utilize virtual platforms and technology to conduct online sessions.
