Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a part-time wound care role. You will assess wounds, develop treatment plans, and work with a care team to improve resident outcomes.

The position offers flexibility, no hospital rounding, malpractice insurance, and administrative support to keep you focused on wound care. Must hold an active NP license in the state.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year wound care experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and their families on wound care, prevention, and management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
