Job summary

Constant Contact is seeking a Part-Time Workplace Experience Partner to welcome employees and keep the Fort Collins office running smoothly. You’ll support onboarding, events, vendor coordination, and daily facilities tasks in a friendly, proactive environment.

You’ll work roughly 20–25 hours per week on-site, primarily Tue–Thu, with a friendly HR/People Experience team guiding the work. The role emphasizes hospitality, organization, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• You don’t need previous experience in this exact role, but you should be reliable, personable, resourceful and take ownership.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills are important.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a part-time schedule.
• Experience in workplace experience, office operations, hospitality, customer service or administrative support helps, but diverse backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, welcoming first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and partners.
• Keep the office organized, stocked, welcoming, and ready for employees each day.
• Own day-to-day workplace logistics and help ensure things run smoothly.
• Coordinate with vendors, property management, and internal partners to address workplace and facilities needs.
• Manage mail, shipping, office supplies, kitchen areas, meeting spaces, and other logistics.
• Coordinate routine vendor activities, purchase orders, invoices, and supply orders.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding logistics in partnership with HR.
• Help arrange office events and employee experiences, including catering and logistics.
• Respond to employee questions and workplace requests, escalating issues when needed.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance and other teams to support a great employee experience.
• Look for ways to make the Fort Collins office more welcoming and efficient.
