Job summary

Activision is seeking a part-time, temporary Workplace & Community Coordinator for our Redmond, WA office. You will manage day-to-day workplace operations, vendor relations, onboarding support, and culture-building initiatives to create an organized and welcoming environment for a small team led by the CTO.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating facilities, vendor relations, and onboarding support.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and standard productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace operations and office needs.
• Coordinate office supplies, snacks, beverages, and resources; maintain organization and employee experience.
• Support onboarding logistics for new hires, workspace readiness, and office orientation.
• Assist with budgeting, purchasing activities, and operational reporting as needed.
