We are looking for a Workplace & Community Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and employee experience of our Redmond office. As the primary workplace support resource for a small, close-knit team, led by Activision's CTO, you will help create an organized, welcoming, and engaging environment where employees can do their best work. This role combines workplace operations, vendor coordination, office administration, onboarding support, and culture-building initiatives. You'll work independently to ensure the office runs smoothly while helping foster a positive employee experience that reflects Activision's collaborative and creative culture. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, service-oriented, and enjoys building relationships while solving problems. They are equally comfortable coordinating facilities requests, stocking snacks, welcoming visitors, supporting new hires, and helping bring team events to life.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $21.99 - $40.67 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location.
