Job summary

Wireless Vision is seeking aPart-Time Retail Sales Representative in Farmington Hills, MI to represent the T-Mobile brand and meet customers’ wireless needs. You will work with the store team to reach personal and company goals and deliver exceptional service.

The role requires flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on upselling, activation help, and accurate transactions. Join a team that values customer focus and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or customer-focused role.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service greeting and needs assessment.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Assist with store marketing, outreach, and brand promotion.
• Handle cash, inventory, deposits; open/close store.
• Process paperwork and transactions according to policy.
• Keep store appearance and back room clean and organized.
• Assist with service activations, changes, bill payments, and upgrades.
• Engage in service selling and fit customers with total tech solutions.
