Wireless Vision is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Representative in Twin Falls, ID to represent the T-Mobile brand and assist customers with activations, billing, and upgrades. You will work with the store team to meet personal and company goals, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires at least 6 months in retail or a customer-focused setting, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or a customer-focused role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the Wireless Vision store, greet customers and assess their needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Participate in store marketing efforts and outreach activities.
• Assist with activations, bill payments, changes and upgrades for customers.
• Handle cash, maintain store appearance, and assist with inventory and deposits.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions following company policies.
