Job summary

Wireless Vision in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Representative to join our team at the T-Mobile Premium Retailer. You will represent the brand, assist customers, and drive sales while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months retail experience, strong communication skills, and a professional, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Completed High school diploma/GED.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours).
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to individuals visiting the Wireless Vision store, including greeting customers, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing accounts, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business and promote the brand inside and outside the store.
• Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with Wireless Vision policies and procedures.
• Open/close and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts and deposits.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies.
• Share customer experience with the team and management.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Assist with service activations, changes and bill payments, and upsells.
• Engage in service selling and matching customers with total technology solutions.
