Job summary

Wireless Vision in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Representative to represent the T-Mobile brand and meet customers’ wireless needs. You’ll work with the store team to drive revenue, provide exceptional service, and promote the brand both inside and outside the store.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of retail experience, a professional, energetic attitude, and strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling and a team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Must stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, greet customers, answer phones and assess needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Participate in store marketing, outreach programs and brand promotions.
• Assist with store operations: cash handling, inventory, deposits and paperwork.
• Maintain store appearance and back room, enhance customer experience.
