Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Representative in West Des Moines, IA. You will connect customers with the latest T-Mobile gear, assist with activations, bill payments, and plan changes while meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship-building, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position offers base pay plus commission and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• 6 months retail or sales experience preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service including greeting customers in-store and assisting with needs.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers across the business.
• Open, close, and operate the store, including cash handling and deposits per standards.
• Maintain store appearance and back room organization.
• Assist with service activations, bill payments, upgrades, and accessory selling.
• Strive to meet and exceed assigned performance metrics.
