Job summary

TCC Wireless in Des Moines, IA is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Representative to join our fast-paced team. You will connect customers with the latest devices and plans while meeting store goals and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing activations and payments, and maintaining store standards. We value reliability, energy, and a strong customer focus in a friendly retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months retail and/or sales experience with strong customer focus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Energetic, honest, patient and empathetic; strong problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service including greeting customers and answering phones.
• Drive monthly revenue through new and existing customer accounts and upsell opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues across channels.
• Assist in opening/closing the store and cash handling with standard procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and back room areas per store standards.
• Assist customers with activations, bill changes, and upgrades as needed.
• Achieve assigned performance metrics.
