Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join the T-Mobile Premium Retailer team in a fast-paced store environment. You will engage customers, explain plans, activate services and upsell accessories, delivering thoughtful service and product knowledge.

Based in New Lenox, Illinois, ideal candidates have at least 6 months of retail or sales experience, are at least 18, and authorized to work in the United States. This role offers hourly pay with commission potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide world-class service.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new accounts and up-selling.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Assist with opening/closing and cash handling per standards.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with activations, plan changes and bill payments.
• Achieve assigned performance metrics.
