TCC Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Bartlett, IL, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative. You will be the bridge between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling store operations, achieving revenue targets, and building lasting relationships with customers and team members. The role offers base pay plus commission and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of retail or sales experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Drive monthly revenue by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Assist with service activations, bill payments, upgrades and accessories.
• Achieve assigned performance metrics.
