Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Representative in Plainfield, IL. You will be the link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, helping with phones, plans and accessories while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, handling activations and payments, assisting with store operations, and maintaining high store standards. Applicants should be able to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• 6 months retail and/or sales experience with a strong customer focus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service in store, on phones and during activations.
• Drives monthly revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Builds relationships with customers and coworkers across the business.
• Assists in opening, closing, cash handling, inventory, and deposits per standards.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and maintains store appearance and organization.
• Explains price plans, processes activations, changes and upgrades.
