Job summary

Talk4less Wireless in Anthony, TX is seeking a part-time sales representative who can deliver friendly, timely customer service and help create a welcoming store atmosphere. You will learn promos, pricing changes and policy updates, process POS transactions, stock displays, and assist customers with phones, service plans and accessories while keeping the store clean and compliant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with wireless carriers is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, greeting in a friendly & timely manner, creating a positive work environment.
• Learning promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Proficiency in administrative and operational tasks – filing paperwork and forms, communicating with management to resolve issues.
• Maintains store cleanliness, stocks accessories, and keeps displays current and compliant to corporate standards.
• Uses time management, arrives on time, opens/closes store, and ensures security of sensitive items.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones and services in a fast-paced environment, deliver outstanding service to retain customers.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays at various locations.
