Job summary

Talk4less Wireless is looking for ambitious sales representatives who prioritize customer service and retention in a fast-paced retail setting in Brownfield, TX. This full-time role offers a base salary with commission, and requires at least 1 year of retail or customer service experience, preferably with wireless products.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, learning promos and policy updates, keeping displays current, and achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, greeting in a friendly & timely manner, creating a positive work environment
• Proficiency in administrative and operational tasks – filing paperwork and forms, being communicative with management to resolve issues, etc.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver outstanding service striving to retain and gain customers
• Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations
