Job summary

RedLion Mobility in Tyler, TX is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Representative to drive wireless and telecom product sales in our in-person store. You will engage customers, explain plans, upsell services, and meet or exceed sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience and representing the brand in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires at least 1 year in retail or telecom sales, flexible schedule including evenings/weekends, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications sales experience.
• Ability to engage customers and present telecom products and services.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and commission goals.

Responsibilities
