Talk4less Wireless is seeking a customer-focused Wireless Consultant to join our Fort Worth team. You will help customers with device purchases, service plans, and promotions while maintaining store standards and accurate POS transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, POS systems, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, greeting in a friendly and timely manner, creating a positive work environment.
• Proficiency in learning promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and keep displays current and compliant to standards.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations.
