lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver exceptional guest service in our Lynnfield, MA store. You will educate guests on product benefits, connect with the community, and support store operations to ensure a premium experience.

You will engage with guests on the floor, process transactions, and collaborate with the team to keep the store looking inviting and accurately stocked. This role emphasizes inclusivity, integrity, and enthusiasm for helping others every day.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to move through a store and assist guests as needed (including lifting up to 30 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest service and a memorable in-store experience.
• Assist guests with product education and make authentic connections to our community.
• Complete guest transactions accurately and efficiently using in-store technology.
• Restock and present products to maintain a luxury store environment.
