lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our Mashpee, MA store. Educators engage guests, share product education, and connect with our community and culture to create memorable shopping experiences.

You will move on the floor to assist guests, support store operations, and collaborate with teammates to uphold our high standards of service in a dynamic retail environment. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with bright lights and loud music.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take action.
