Job summary

lululemon in Massachusetts is seeking an Educator to deliver world‑class guest service and product education in our store. You will engage with guests, share product knowledge, and support omnichannel programs while upholding our community and culture.

You will collaborate with a diverse team to ensure an inclusive, energetic shopping environment and a seamless guest experience from greeting to checkout.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods (as needed).

Responsibilities

• Create world‑class guest experiences through engaging service and product education.
• Provide technical product education by articulating features and benefits.
• Handle end‑to‑end guest transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store).
• Move on the floor to assist guests and attend to store needs.
• Collaborate with team to deliver an inclusive and supportive environment.
